Our history begins in 1903, when Vincent Pieri acquires the farm and starts production. Founded as a mainly cereal and forage company, over the years we learned how to innovate while keeping alive the respect of traditions. Today it is run by Claudia and Patricia Sensi, great grandchildren of the founder.
From the cultivation of wheat and fodder, we switched to peppers, tomatoes and tobacco (80), fennel, cauliflower, cucumbers, courgettes, melons (90), asparagus, chickpeas, lentils, herbs (2000) lavender (since 2006).
In 2013 we retrained the old farm areas, including the one used in the beginning of the century as mill, and built the new apartments for the Farmhouse. As well we grew potatoes (2014 till 2015)
Since 2006 the new Sensi brand greeted the production of lavender and in 2010 the construction of a line of cosmetics based on olive oil and lavender essential oil. Today the company produces raw materials and markets over 15 different types of products, all availables in our online store.
